The Gala Brunch will be made up of various dishes proposed to be paired with the ciders presented, with special attention to those that have won the SISGA Awards. The menu isspecially designed for the occasion to highlight the properties of each type of cider.
On this occasion, the gastronomic proposals will be provided by the renowned Xixon restaurant Finca El Duque, winner of a national gastronomy award.
