o The Tasting Open to the Public is the activity specifically aimed at the public. It will take place on Saturday 1 October in the Salons of the Hotel Rey Pelayo, from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00. The entrance fee is 10 €.

o Technical Conferences / Fraternity Espicha / Gala Brunch.  Although these are mainly intended for participants in the event, there will be a restricted number of places, for which it will be necessary to register in advance by sending the corresponding form.
