o The Tasting Open to the Public is the activity specifically aimed at the public. It will take place on Saturday 27 September in the Salons of the Congress Palace of the Luis Adaro fairgrounds, from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00. The entrance fee is 10 €.

o Technical Conferences / Fraternity Espicha / Gala Brunch.  Although these are mainly intended for participants in the event, there will be a restricted number of places, for which it will be necessary to register in advance by sending the corresponding form.
