It will
take place on the afternoon of Thursday 29th September at Xixon Catering School
(Escuela de Hostelería y Turismo de Xixon), where two cider makers will have
the opportunity to present their ciders as well as the way they produce them
and the prospects for the future of the sector.
On this
occasion, the protagonists will be the Latvian cider maker Mr. Plume and the
Asturian cider maker Raúl Riestra de Sidra Riestra.
