The SISGA Awards jury is made up of a team appointed by the Asturies XXI Foundation – as the organising body – and a representative from each of the cider makers taking part in the event.

It will be chaired by the renowned expert Manuel G. Busto, and will have full powers to evaluate the ciders and to extend – if appropriate – the award categories according to the types of cider presented at the competition.
