Participation in the International Hall of Gala Ciders includes free overnight stay for one person for the nights of September 26th and 27th. To do so, you must be previously registered as a participant and:

• You must confirm your reservation by email: comercial@hotelzentralgijon.com .
• Date: September 1st or until the quota of rooms offered to the organization ends. From date subject to availability.
• Credit card of each attendee as a guarantee of reservation will be mandatory at the time of confirmation. Rooms that are not 100% guaranteed with TC will be cancelled.
• September 11th (15 days before arrival). In case of availability, the rate is not guaranteed and will be the BAR (best available rate) without restrictions.
• The hotel is not obliged to maintain the same event rate for dates before or after the event.
• Cancellation policy: If the reservation is modified or cancelled less than 10 days before the arrival date, or in case of a no-show, one night will be charged as a cancellation fee.
