Form for wineries and producers who want to participate in the SISGA 2026.

Accommodation included

In-person participation includes two nightsʼ accommodation covered by the organisers. To benefit, each participant must book those two nights directly with the hotel by contacting Paola on +34 985 199 800 or by email at comercial@hotelzentralgijon.com.

Anyone wishing to extend their stay must book and pay for the additional nights directly using the same contact. We recommend arranging this as soon as possible because SISGA takes place during a period of high demand for accommodation. Additional nights are not covered by the organisers and must be contracted and paid for directly by each participant.

Please note that Wednesday 23 September is a complementary programme day before SISGAʼ26 and Monday 28 September is a complementary programme day after it. Participants interested in these activities may arrive earlier or extend their stay.

Before sending your ciders

Complete registration by 1 September 2026.
Choose in-person or remote participation; both options are free.
Enter each product and check the quantities under Required samples.
Identify every shipment with the producer, product and category.
Send samples to Decanu Prendes Pandu 11, baxu derecha · 33208 Xixón, Asturies.
Ensure the samples arrive by 7 September 2026.

5. Signature method Electronic signature. Download the PDF, sign it digitally with your electronic certificate and upload the same signed file. Manual signature. Download the PDF, print it, sign it by hand and upload a scanned or photographed copy of every required page.

The application is not complete until the signed document is received. Typing a name, ticking a box or drawing a signature on screen is not an electronic signature.

Monday 28 September: the programme will be open and adapted to participants’ interests. Possible proposals include visits to DOP Sidra de Asturies, Barrio de la Sidra in Uviéu, Cimavilla Sidrera in Xixón and Plaza del Requexu in Mieres. These are proposals; the final programme will be organised according to attendees’ interests.
