SISGA opens its doors to the public
The Open Tasting at the International Hall of Gala Ciders is the moment when SISGA opens to the wider public. Visitors can discover the participating ciders, meet producers from different regions, taste a wide range of products and explore the cider diversity brought together in Xixón.
Admission costs €10 and includes the tasting of participating ciders. The day will also feature pairings of international ciders with Alimentos del Paraíso products.
Guided tastings require a separate booking, cost an additional €5 per tasting and have limited places allocated strictly in registration order. An Open Tasting ticket is required.
The Open Tasting is more than a tasting session. It is a meeting place for producers, cider enthusiasts, professionals, the hospitality trade and anyone interested in cider culture. Participating producers run their own spaces, present their ciders and explain their products' origin, style and characteristics.
Participating ciders can also be purchased directly during the event, allowing visitors to take home some of the ciders presented at the Hall.
