Open Tasting for the Public

Saturday, 26 September 2026 · 12:00–15:00 and 17:00–20:00 · Salón Asturias · admission 10 € per session. Each ticket provides access to one session only: morning (12:00–15:00) or afternoon (17:00–20:00). A separate ticket is required for each session if attending both. Attendees may leave and re-enter only during the session for which they hold a valid ticket. The glass requires a deposit paid on entry, with a voucher issued and the amount refunded on return.

The Open Tasting takes place on Saturday 26 September at Salón Asturias, Palacio de Congresos, Recinto Ferial Luis Adaro, Luis Adaro Fairgrounds.

Full experience: 400 € · Brunch de Gala: 75 € · Open Tasting: 10 € per session · guided tastings: €5 each. The latter require entry for the Open Tasting and a specific reservation.

Monday 28 September · open schedule

The schedule for Monday 28 September will be open and will be adapted to participants’ interests.

Possible proposals include a visit to DOP Sidra de Asturies, Barrio de la Sidra in Uviéu, Cimavilla Sidrera in Xixón and Plaza del Requexu in Mieres. These are proposals: the final schedule will be organised according to attendees’ interests.
