Open Tasting for the Public

Saturday, 26 September 2026 · 12:00–15:00 and 17:00–20:00 · Salón Asturias · admission 10 €. The ticket is valid for both sessions and attendees may leave and re-enter using the organisers’ access control. The glass requires a deposit paid on entry, with a voucher issued and the amount refunded on return.

Cider Sommelier Workshop

23 September 2026 · 16:30–20:30 h · CIFP de Hostelería y Turismo de Gijón.

Open to the public, limited to 10 places, with mandatory advance booking strictly in registration order. Price: 75 €.

Official program: from 24–27 September 2026. Optional complementary activities: 23 September / 28 September.

The Open Tasting takes place on Saturday 26 September at Salón Asturias, Palacio de Congresos, Recinto Ferial Luis Adaro, Luis Adaro Fairgrounds.

Post-event complementary day

Monday 28 September · open programme

The programme for Monday 28 September will be open and will be adapted to participants’ interests.

Possible proposals include a visit to DOP Sidra de Asturies, Barrio de la Sidra in Uviéu, Cimavilla Sidrera in Xixón and Plaza del Requexu in Mieres. These are proposals: the final programme will be organised according to attendees’ interests.
