Wednesday 23: Cider Sommelier Day in the afternoon, €75, with limited places. Saturday 26: Open Tasting, 12:00–15:00 and 17:00–20:00. Admission €10. Guided tastings: additional €5 with booking. Sunday 27: Gala Brunch and SISGA Awards, €75.
Thursday 24: reception and opening. Friday 25: International Jury and visits. Saturday 26: set-up, stand attendance and Open Tasting. Sunday 27: Brunch and Awards. Check the terms for mandatory activities.
Recommended coverage: institutional opening on Thursday 24, professional meetings on Friday 25, Open Tasting on Saturday 26 and Awards on Sunday 27. Some areas require accreditation and advance coordination.
Shifts may cover reception, visitor guidance, producer support, Open Tasting, guided tastings, logistics and closing. The organisers confirm the role, time and meeting point after reviewing each application.

16:00-20:00 · CIFP Hostelería y Turismo de Xixón. Introduction to cider tasting, basic flavours and aromas, cider spirits and cider cocktails.
10:00 · Participant reception.
11:30 · Official opening in Villaviciosa.
16:30 · Activity at Museo de la Sidra de Asturies.
21:00 · Activity in Nava.
09:00 · Bus departure.
09:30 · International Jury of the SISGA Awards.
10:30 · Cider Cities Assembly.
15:00 · Professional visit in Villaviciosa and activity linked to El Gaitero cider house and LA SIDRA exhibition.
Admission: €10. Includes participating ciders. Guided tastings cost an additional €5 each and require an Open Tasting ticket and separate booking in registration order. The day also features Alimentos del Paraíso pairings, meetings with producers and direct cider sales.

Recognition of SISGA Ambassadors, appointment of new ambassadors and official closing.
