International Jury and distinctions

The participating ciders are evaluated by blind tasting by category, with Premium, Gold, Silver and Bronze recognitions.

International Jury

The Jury is made up of a representative from each of the wineries participating in person in the SISGA plus a technical table from the organization.

The ciders will be evaluated by tasting blind.

Distinctions

  • Premium. It is awarded to the cider that has obtained the best score in each category. Receive a trophy and diploma with the score obtained.
  • Gold. It is awarded to ciders that obtain between 85 and 100 points. Receives an accreditation diploma, with the score obtained.
  • Silver. It is awarded to ciders that obtain between 70 and 84 points. Receives an accreditation diploma, with a score obtained.
  • Bronze. It is awarded to ciders that obtain between 60 and 69 points. Receive accrediting diploma, with score obtained.

In all distinctions, PDF will be provided with the logo of the distinction obtained.

Tasting and evaluation

The ciders are presented to the International Jury through a blind tasting and are evaluated within their category. The published distinctions are Premium, Gold, Silver and Bronze, according to the thresholds included in the current bases.

Originality Award

Pending approval No criteria are not yet published nor is this mention presented as summoned until the organization approves them in writing.

Ties and incompatibilities

Pending approval The tie-breaking, abstention and conflict of interest rules must be incorporated into the bases before being applied; The website does not presuppose a solution.

Jury 2026

The published presidency corresponds to Manuel G. Busto. The complete composition will only be shown when it is confirmed by the organization.
